Class Description

All classes except 30/30 are 45 minutes and include a warmup to start and stretch at the end.


Pilates HIIT: 

Pilates infused high intensity interval training.  45 minutes of slow and controlled pilates moves mixed up with heart pounding metabolism revving cardio moves. 


Weight Training: 

No cardio here just weights and controlled moves


Mat Pilates: 

Dial in your pilates moves and build those deep intrinsic muscles.


30/30

The first 30 minutes of class is focused on mat pilates. 

 The second 30 minutes is meant to push your limits in bootcamp.


Yoga: 

This is the beginner class for those looking to dial in their yoga skills and feel amazing for the weekend. 


Zumba:

Come out and dance to the music burn up to 450 calories during this super fun flow.
