Join us 9am on Friday and Saturday for mat pilates and group bootcamp. The first 20-30 minutes of class is focused on your core building those deep intrinsic muscles. The second 20-30 minutes is meant to push your limits during hard core bootcamp.
Pilates-inspired HIIT workout designed to provide the benefits of HIIT workouts while incorporating classic Pilates exercises to build core strength, tone your muscles, and improve flexibility. Classes run 45 minutes and include low-impact, slow & controlled movements integrated with high-intensity cardio. Classes are intense and purposefully sequenced to work your full body.
